I'm an 8 today which is not a huge improvement from 2 years ago BUTTTT... I wouldn't trade this kind of ball striking for anything. It takes some getting on to. LOBG is a good value to me. I then took a one day school; also worthwhile. And this way doesn't require so much practice - once you get on to it. But it's not magic or anything. You still need eye hand coordination, strength, blah, blah....
