Jim,

I have no clue what I'm talking about? Can you put up an honest round of par or under par golf using NG or any other swing method? How long have you been exposed to NG? Do you have a relative who is one of NG's prominent CIs, who goes around this country doing clinics and schools and has a lesson book crammed full from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day he wants to teach? My point is, I've been exposed to NG from the ground up by someone, my dad, who clearly knows far more about it than you do. (Unless you are getting paid to teach and do golf schools?) My dad's given me hours and hours of NG lessons. He may have even taught you (Dave Woods, based out of Chicago).

One thing I can guarantee you: No teacher of ANY method wants his students mulling the degrees of swing path angle needed to produce a draw. The whole point of NATURAL Golf is this: Deprogram the flawed mechanics of conventional golf, then reprogram the brain with a SIMPLER, easier to repeat motion. Yes, a student must understand the basic science of how and why a SA swing works. But after the program is installed, you must be able to to put it on automatic and let the program work. Go back to the earliest writings of Jack K. and read what he says about "going unconscious." It's brilliant.

I was only bringing the point into focus that excessive emphasis on physics and theory only serves to make NG two things it IS NOT supposed to be: complicated and UNnatural. NG has for years, and rightly so, bashed conventional teaching for its emphasis on what a player should "feel" during a golf swing. That's a teaching crutch, but no less a crutch than filling each others' heads full of totally unnecessary physics. The point here is that the "end game" is striking consistently solid golf shots, not theory.

Now I have managed to write several paragraphs without using profanity, excessive exclamation points or question marks, or questioning your sanity. If you have a rational response, by all means ...
