Jerry Heard who teaches a modified form of Natural
Golf called the Heard Super Swing has the student grip the
club at the point where the fingers meet the hand, it is not
quite a palm grip, but it isn't a finger grip either. If you
use this slightly modified form of the palm grip you can get
your clubhead to lie flat on the ground at address.

The other thing you can do is to get a 3 inch extender
put on your handle with thicker grips. But I don't know if
this will help you with your lie angle.
