I choose to believe Kirk who almost played in the US. open with NG, rather then a 15 hncp. hack like you. It is obvious that he knows much more about how to play golf then you do. He is written about in John Feinstein's Majors book. It talks about his attempt to qualify for the US. Open. I haven't seen your name anywhere as any kind of golf expert. Except that you are an expert in shanking the ball. I doubt that many golfers are seeking that kind of knowledge though.
