"Natural Golf has placed the patent number of my patent (assigned to Natural Golf long before the investor take over happened) on several of their clubheads. Any golfer who feels that he has been mislead by Natural Golf and is willing to hire an attorney to look into your legal rights, I will be more than glad to testify in court that these designs are not the designs of my patent."

Kuykendolt must have a strong case if he's asking others to put up their money for an attorney so he can be a witness. If they infringed on his patent # he wouldn't be asking others to file law suits.
