Not a fan of NG clubs, but 4* based on what? NG specs or regular club specs, With regular clubs all you have to do is bend it 2 and add an inch to the length. I worked at a golf course that did Henry-Griffits(possibly the best custom club company in the world) and had afriend that was plus 6* the heads were plus 4 and shafts one inch over standard. Very common to do standard at 2* flat inch long, or 2* upright inch short for someone who needed underlength clubs but not a flat lie all components are weighed down to the gram, They might go thru 50 grips ferruls etc.. to get your set perfect. Most of the custom companies add lead to shaft tip if neccesary
