Actually 3 Seconds to Better Golf's swing mechanics are very similar to what Tom Sanders teaches, an upper torso powered swing, pretty much what Moe doe too!

If you think wrist action is required to create clubhead speed you are more ignorant to swing mechanics then I thought. In any good golf swing the wrist action doesn't happen until after impact!

No they aren't, they are teaching a convoluted hodge podge of Ernest Jones's STC, with an SA setup. They ARE preaching a hand and arm swing, independent of the body. Now they are stating the body move first? Which is it, a body swing or a hand and arm one? Can't have it both ways just so the clueless NGCIs can cover all the bases!
