You cannot change your swing in a day, or even a week for that matter. It is a fact that if you wish to change a habit you will have to do repetitions (practice) of what you want to change it to. I have personally made the changes that you listed above, and they all helped me a lot, but NOT THE FIRST DAY or even the first week for that matter. It took me about three weeks to start to see how much better the changes have made me. I did improve from the old way, but ended up getting stuck on a plateau and not going anywhere. Well I have broken through that plateau and am playing the best golf of my life. The practice paid off a hundred times over. Quit your whinning and get out and do the drills, they are awesome!
