The body is moving because the arms will be swinging the club. The body reacts to the swinging of the arms. Ernest Jones understood this, and even though his is an arm swing, the body always moves first in the swing.

Is throwing the ball considered a body motion? By Chazman's definition it seems that it would be. What do you say Chazman?
