Subject: Golf ball survey

This summer I used Top Flite Exceptional Spin balls for about 3/4 of the season. I really liked the way they seemed to hold the greens. I quit using them because the distance that I was getting from them wasn't quite what I thought it should be. I switched to Pinnacle's Precision Spin and am happy with the distance but they don't seem to hold the green as well as the ES did. I end up chipping from the back of the greens. Any suggestions and/or comments would be appreciated. I use medium priced balls in the $25 per dozen range.
