Like you, I am always searching for a good quality golf ball, at a decent price. Here’s what I have found. The Maxfli Revolution, dollar for dollar is the best buy. Great distance, with incredible spin. The original retail was about $36 a dozen, but u can get them through Golfsmith (and im sure other places) for $19.99 a dozen, for logo over runs. Nothing wrong with the ball, just has an IBM or Pizza Hut logo. DO NOT go with the same deal for the Maxfli Elite. It’s very short in the distance category.

Precept Ladies is not bad. Good distance, soft feel (cause of the 80 compression), and a pretty good amount of green holding spin. The Precept Senior is basically the same construction as the ladies, and plays the same. Price for those are about $20 a dozen.

End of last season I started playing the Titleist NXT Tour. So far I would give it good reviews. Distance is strong, feel is soft (I think its about an 83 compression), and it spins pretty well. The price for those is about $26 a dozen.

My opinion, ranking would be:

1 Revolution, 2 Titleist NXT Tour, 3 Precept Ladies or Senior

Stay away from the Elite no matter what the price.

Hope this helps!
