If you actually read the patent, you'll see why Chaz rails about it so much. I'm not a patent lawyer, so I can't say whether NG is being legal, truthful, or anything else when they make the claims they do, nor can I say that Chaz is correct in his claims about NG Corp intentionally lying. But it's pretty obvious what the patent says, and it's less than obvious how the old patent applies to what NG is producing today. Maybe if I were a patent lawyer the relationship would be more obvious, but it's not exactly clear to me either why the patent still applies...

...it doesn't matter, the point is that without reading the patent for yourself it's somewhat presumptious of you to conclude that his arguments must be specious so he's just another whiney customer like so many others you've dealt with in the past.

But this has nothing to do with supporting natural golfers, so I'll shut up on this topic...
