They are waiting to get it back from the Special Prosecutors office, they were checking the DNA stains left on it after Monica gave him a tune up!

Actually Bill altered the patent by leaving some of his love syrup on the blue prints, that's why the G3/P3s have that ugly brass gob on the back of the club head, that glob was Bill's DNA!!
