I don't know how long it takes the US goverment to post the changes on their website, but would expect it should be anytime within the next 5 years. You know most things happen pretty quickly in government. I think it was on Clinton's desk when he left office, but he decided to leave it for George W. to take care of. Where it is now is anybody's guess. I am sure everybody will be patient in waiting for it to be posted to the website. Right???
