It seems that is the side of him that he is closely guarding dear to his chest. I also wondered about whether that couldn't have been the root cause of his dismissal or fall out with his colleagues turned enemies.

But seems that the truth of his behavior and mindset is slowly sipping in as demonstrated by his obssession with indecent language, and especially the ease with which he uses the phrase, butt bonking.
