From the Post article it appears that BW is correct, and there is no oversight by the OHE of schools or their degrees or their staff.
Long live corruption in PNG. I wonder how much Paul Ngabung and William Tagis got paid to say that Divine Word is a university? Are Paul and Willian cheap whores or expensive whores?
