Subject: Bill White: SUCCESSFUL RETIRED LAWYER living in a place of POVERTY?

From the US census bureau web site (see www. you can type in a US postal code and get all kinds of information on what kinds of people live in that small area. Bill White's zip code is 90004. So I looked this up and came up with some information as follows:

CONCLUSIONS:
1/ Bill White lives in an area of Los Angeles that is exceptionally old, with a lot of single people, and a lot of uneducated people (less than ninth grade), much less than the US average. Quite a few people need government assistance because they are so poor.
2/ Bill White promotes himself as a 'retired attorney,' sounding as if he were a successful one. No doubt about it, he did graduate from one of the best universities in America.
3/ Something happened to Bill White. He lost his way somewhere in life. From one of America's best universities to an apartment in a part of Los Angeles which is filled with uneducated, poor people.
4/ Something obviously happened to Bill White that caused him to fall down the steps of life. Does anyone know what might have happened, leading to him having to pump petrol for a living?
