Subject: WHAT DOES BOUGAINVILLE FREEDOM MEAN FOR PNG?

To everyone who has an opinion on the matter,

What do you think it will mean for PNG when Bougainville becomes independent?

PNG no longer has the ability to hold Bougainville. That much is clear. With perhaps billions of Kina wasted on the fast money schemes, with mines shutting down, with lawlessness, the governments inability to provide even the most basic services to the people and with billions of Kina in domestic and foreign debt, will PNG be able to hold her other provinces as well? Or will they all go the way of Bougainville?

After Bougainville leaves will Rabaul stay? Will Manus? Will the Sepik? These are the questions of the days, weeks and months to come.

So what say you? The main reason PNG wanted to hold Bougainville was over fear of losing everything. Was this fear real or imagined? Will we close our eyes and hope that the Bougainville story will not be repeated over and over again through out the country? Will we close our eyes and hope? Can we do anything else? Or is it too late for us to raise the phoenix?

It is your country. IT IS YOUR COUNTRY! And you are the ones who will end up paying in the end. So what say you? Your history is to sit back and do nothing. Can you afford to do so? Or will you make your voices heard? Will you march on the streets and demand that your country be returned to you? Will you march on the Capital and demand your country be returned to you! Or will you sit back and let things slide into hell?

Who is the blame for the way PNG is? That question is easy to answer. YOU ARE! Every citizen of PNG is to blame. You are the ones who allowed your leaders to destroy the country. You and no one else. And if PNG breaks into a dozen pieces then that will be your fault as well because you did nothing to stop it.

You could stop it today! You could march and demand to know where all the money went! You could stop it today if you did something, anything at all! But will you? Will you act before it is too late or will you sit back and wait and hope and talk?

I told you months ago what was going to happen but most of you didn't believe it. You said I was crazy or a fool. Mine was the voice that called to you and warned you of what will be. And it is my voice now that tells you to march, to move, to demand. Now! Demand the records. March on the Capital and demand answers. Demand to know where the money went!

Or sit back and do nothing. Sit back and call me a fool or say I'm crazy while your whole world falls apart. But at least do this. Pray, get down on your knees and pray that God will have mercy on your country and on you. For it seems to me that only a miracle will save you from the months to come and what those months hold.

Why don't you people get mad at your leaders? Why do you let them steal everything? If you just did something to stop the stealing then you would open the flood gates in the world to help you. How far does this have to go before you do something? How far! Act now while you still have a bit of a chance to turn this thing around. The whole world knows your leaders are corrupt and they won't send the money you need because of them! Act act act! Go to parliament and demand answers or demand the whole lot of them resigns!

When everything falls apart do you think your leaders are going to be around to share in your suffering? Hell no! They will be on the first plane out. You are the ones who will suffer. You because you are the only ones who can do anything about it! March on the Capital. Do it today! Get the answers. Demand the answers or demand resignations. It worked in Sandline and it will work now. You can not afford to wait.
