Looks like it! He must have swallowed a wrong pill instead of his usual, he's hallucinating and seeing his nightmare, paul.

What a day ... I am sure he must have recovered after his church service, where he's sought the Lord's forgiveness for his unusually high level of profanity. I am sure a person after the destruction of corruption in PNG such as Bill is, must have impeccable character ... no deceit, no bad language, no abuse to others, no hatred, no malice, and a great propensity to forgive.

If that is the example Bill White is showing than, he may yet gain some converts to his fight against corruption in a country. If there are such things as super-heroes in America, Bill is certainly one of them, on a one person mission to safe the whole of PNG beginning with Divine Word University.
