The worst people to teach some
of this stuff are the "coconuts
amongst us" and if you had government
sponsored and regulated such
classes that's exactly what you
would get - horrible classes that
tend to give information on a
way condescending to what
our village people are and
their history of self reliance
and pride. Government thinks
village people are generally stupid
and ignorant and that's why
government exists, to help these
very stupid and ignorant villagers.

Far better to get NGOs, maybe one
of the more culture sensitive
churches, to teach this stuff.

Just an idea.
