Bill belongs in some insane institutuion.

I wish this forum would erase his postings fast as WF does because if you did Bill would only post once in a while as he now does on WF. They get rid of his postings so fast.

Either that or everyone stop replying to him.

Bill has left Kumul forum and Education forum because of lack of response in those places. He desperetely needs attention to function.
