YOU CAN NEVER CLOSE ALL THE LOOPHOLES THAT PEOPLE MIGHT FIND. IT IS A STUPID STRATEGY TO TRY AND DEAL WITH
THIS PROBLEM BY PASSING NEW LAWS TO CLOSE OLD
LOOPHOLES BECAUSE YOU'LL END UP DOING IT FOREVER.
EACH TIME YOU TRY TO CLOSE A LEGAL LOOPHOLE YOU END UP WITH ANOTHER PIECE OF RED TAPE OR BUREAUCRACY.
FINALLY YOU GET SUCH A HOPELESS BUREAUCRACY FULL OF SO MANY RULES IT IS HOPELESS TO DEAL WITH BUT YOU ALSO WILL HAVE THE SAME AMOUNT OF CORRUPTION JUST LIKE IN INDIA.
IT'S JUST LIKE PUTTING HURDLES IN FRONT OF THE CORRUPT
PEOPLE, THEY'LL JUST LEAP OVER EACH ONE OF THOSE
HURDLES IN TIME.
