CERTAIN MINISTERS ARE INCENSED AT MORAUTA BECAUSE OF HIS STAND AGAINST PAYOFFS NAD KICKBACKS.

DEPUTY PRIME MINISTER MAO ZEMING IS CORRUPT.

HE WAS UNDER INVESTIGATION ALREADY FOR KICKBACKS TAKEN WHEN HE WAS MINISTER OF DEPARTMENT OF WORKS.

HOWEVER MORE RECENTLY HE HAS TAKEN PAYMENTS FROM ONE PROMINENT INDIVIDUAL OF SOUTHERN HIGHLANDS BY THE NAME OF HAMI YAWARI.

HAMI YAWARI HAS APPARENTLY ALSO BOUGHT OFF THE MINISTER OF LANDS ALL RELATED TO DEREGISTRATION OF KUTUBU LAND GROUPS IN ORDER TO SECURE ALL OIL ROYALTIES HELD IN THE ACCOUNT OF THE FUTURE GENERATIONS FUND FOR THE LANDOWNERS OF KUTUBU AREA.

THE BOUGHT OFF MINISTERS ARE AMONGST THE REBELLIIOUS ONES HOWEVER THERE CAN BE NO CHANGE OF GOVERNMENT FOR REASON OF CONSTITUTIONAL RULES.
