SORRY, THAT'S NOT WHAT IS MEANT BY A DEATH PENALTY.
THERE IS A SMALL CONSTITUTIONAL PROBLEM OF 'INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY' THAT YOU'RE OVERLOOKING. DEATH PENALTY AS DISCUSSED IS ONLY AFTER JUDGE FINDS THE ACCUSED GUILTY.

SECOND, READ THE POSTING AGAIN - 20% OF THOSE FOUND GUILTY IN COURT WERE INNOCENT AFTER ALL. THE PERCENTAGE IS EVEN HIGHER WHEN DEALING WITH COWBOY KANTRI RAMBOO STYLE POLICE.
