I don't know where the problem you guys are talking about actually lie. I do know you can't create 2 supreme courts, here or anywhere. Having more supreme court judges isn't the solution.

The court doesn't have to hear all the cases appealed to it, does it? Does the court need support staff to help decide which cases to hear and which not to? If so, why isn't there pressure to fund these additional staff.

Perhaps the problem is that in PNG all cases appealed to the Supreme court must be heard, with no exceptions????? If so, that needs changing!

I wouldn't know where the problem lies. This is the first I've heard of the seriousness of the problem.
