Subject: Bill White And Divine Word

Everyone should go to Bill's www.peterbarter.com But that isn't the site of greatest interest - it is the satire site at www.peterbarter.50megs.com that is worth studying.

Better turn off your javascript and java on your browser before you go over there. If not, Bill will probably be on your back as soon as he can link your IP address on his www.superstats.com web visitation statistics with your name (in those cases where you have previously given your name on any forum). There's not that much traffic on this forum, so he could link your presence to any criticial comment on this or other forums fairly quickly. Be forewarned.

Satire has an important role in breaking open scandal and corruption. However, satire only works effectively when used sparingly and well timed alongside facts and figures.

Look at Bill's site, and judge for yourself the balance of facts versus satire. Make your own list of how many facts Bill gives about Peter Barter and his supposed corruption. Then look at how much satire and inuendo he uses to try to sell you his theories. An interesting exercise that will be.

Bill White is correct that:

A/ someone can be corrupt without any evidence to show it.

It is also true that:

B/ someone can be innocent, and there also be no evidence to show they're corrupt.

Bill never accepts explanation B/ for those he wants to get revenge against. Instead he always assumes explanation A/. Inspect his web sites for yourself and judge.

As with most of Bill's material on the internet, it appears that Bill is strong on innuendo and satire and sparse on facts for the simple reason that the emperor has no clothes, which in this case means that Bill has few facts. That's not to say he has no facts. It is to say that he has so few facts on some of his allegations that he must fill in numerous gaps using his imagination alone. I know he will dispute that. You, however, should be the judge.

Bill's lack of facts was illustrated during those few times in the past when Wantok's Forum allowed an extensive debate on the Divine Word allegations. Bill quickly stopped answering questions posed to him by some of the debate participants when they dug too deeply into what he said was his 'proof.' Bill does best by repeating and repeating the same allegations without having to be pushed to provide too much depth on any of them.

As Bill once told Kip on Wantoks Forum, "I'm not going to answer your questions here. I'll answer them on my web site." That was 6 months ago and nothing has appeared. That is an old ruse of Bill's, it seems.

I suspect that Bill will be with us for some time. In fact, I'd bet he'll be with us for years, peppering all the forums for Papua New Guineans like a creeping slime that is impossible to stop. Learn to live with him.

During that time, you decide whether Bill White is a good example of a suppressed whistleblower or corruption fighter who is trying to clean up a corrupt institution.

Alternatively, Bill White might be an excellent example of an intensely lonely and bitter man, bent on revenge, and dedicating himself primarily to humiliating people who haven't agreed with him, or fit his needs as he so demands.

I notice on Bill's www.peterbarter.com site that Bill has added some new names he has added to his 'hit list':

Lay Mission Helpers Association, Archdiocese of Los Angeles, Linda Villalobos, Janice England. Lillian Wood, Michael Meyers, David Ayotte, Father Coyote, and others.

Obviously these are the newest names in Bill White's hate book. Those who cross him are bound to become the object of domains, web pages, etc., as has been shown in the past, and will continue into the future. Be forewarned.

I suspect what we are witnessing is a case of extreme mental disturbance caused by an incredible desire to get revenge on anyone he feels has wronged him.

Someone with so much hate in their lives would doubtfully be able to function in normal life. A man with a law degree from Stanford University from 30 some years ago by now should be quite far up the ladder of success. Very successful, unless revenge imbalances were present and ultimately prevented his climb to the top, rendering him ineffective in everyday life. Maybe Bill would like to share with all of us what he does from 8 to 5? He certainly tries to find information like that out for those he hates. Perhaps he could share with us.

Apart from that, have a good weekend everyone. Bill, tell me how full of shit I am. Maybe you can use your favourite anonymous pen name, "Cheers." I can take a joke.
