There you go pulling that race card again. As long you have this predudice against people of other color you are doomed. If the white man is so ignorant and dumb then why do you envy him and blame him for all of your failures? The problem in PNG isn't one of race, it is one of mismangaement and the failure to get good quality leadership, no matter what the skin color is.
