Less than 0.5% of our entire population now are expats of any colour. We run the country already in caase you didn't know. You see the results. We cannot go back but we need to be very clear what our deficits are.

Deficits in terms of (a) capacity, and (b) following the wrong road in the first place.

The real answer to our problems is probably a combination of both.
