As Peter Barter and Carol Kidu were the main speakers and guests at the convention Tony Smare hosted, and Tony will not account for the funds, either how much or how spent, would it be unreasonable to assume that he spent some or all of it getting them there, putting them up, and entertaining them? Would that be unreasonable to assume?

If that is reasonable to assume, was it a reasonable use of the funds? If it was, why will not Tony Smare account?

Questions that have never been answered.
