Subject: impudent whipsnapper? Or someone demanding a return to selfreliance?

Of course you're right. So why does PNG still need a hand to feed us?

Why can't we be self reliant?

To paraphrase some earlier statements-----------

The help we got from well meaning outsiders made us passively dependent over time.
When we became dependent we lost our independence.
Nobody forced that on us. It just happened.
When we lost independence we lost self reliance.
When we lost self reliance we lost pride.
And when we lost pride..................
We became beggars.

Now PNG is a beggar nation.
That's where we stand.
