Which just goes to show that having any degrees does not mean a repected human being will come out of the education. You can't change a leopards spots and you can't civilize a savage. Apparently this New Guinean is currently in the US getting a free education and meal ticket. See what happens when you give some people something for nothing? We need to have a way of testing attitudes and human qualities. One thing we don't need to do is to give free education to sex perverts and the crimial types. PNG has already had enough of these type leaders recently.
