I'm fairly certain that the remark would be relating specifically the overwhelming influence of the Bill White personality into the picture.

Corruption investigations and exposes should never be overshadowed by the personality or traits of the investigator themselves. It detracts from the message. This true for more formal court cases and it applies just as strongly to informal discussions of corruption like this one.

The danger of doing this is illustrated by what could be a case study of Bill White and his divine word allegations. Bill's unique and unusual approach of dealing with the issue could easily be said to have created a situation where people began focusing on the person making the allegations. Bill's reaction to this focus further stimulated a concentration even more strongly. The results speak for themselves, not only on this forum, but on all the forums that I have been to. The issue seems no longer taken seriously by anyone, even though there might be valid aspects to the allegations. Tru?
