Never give up hope. Since the orginal constitution was written there are many more educated Papua New Guineans who can participate in vital changes that are needed to refine it to todays needs. I am not sure that is the way to go, however, if it should come to that, I feel certain that the refinments would be the correct ones. You must remember, the first one was written with the help of the Austrailians, they ment well, and this type of document works well well for them. Prehaps now is the time to get changes that only the people of PNG would incorporate into a new document.
