Its a class action. Everyone is affected to a degree. I didn't say it was going to start immediately, only that the list of affected people, the extent of their losses etc, are being collated. Global companies can be expected to be sued anywhere. Only back governments, such as our PNG government, would think of stiffling its citizens from doing this by endorsing an anti-litigation bill, drafted by a significant resource owner!!! Think back to the BHP case.
