No self respecting, educated, business person from outside PNG would have even considered making such an investment. P.T. Barum once stated, "There is a sucker born every minute" PNG is being run by a group of suckers. Given the success of this scam, you can bet other artist are now waiting for things to cool off after this one and they will spring into action again. Since it looks like Ano Pala will returned to some other official post in the near future I suspect he will be the conduit for some new get rich scheme. Suckers never learn and apparently neither do the leaders of PNG from the top down.
