The FBI has received psychiatric reports stating that Bill white was examined several years ago when he was referred for assessment after reports that he may have paid massive bribes to Stanford Law school staff to get a law degree.
He had been refferred by lawyers who claimed he did not know anything about the law. He was therefore only fit for menial jobs like being a petrol station attendant.

The report by the examining psychiatrist reported that not only was Bill white stark raving mad; he was also mentally retarded. It seems he had the mind of a five year old and could not think beyond one or two subjects. He was not surprised to be informed that Bill white seems to not have much else to discuss in life except his bitterness against DWU for kicking him out and his recent tussles with his ex-gay lover also at a church run University in California.

The FBI are also investigating reports that Mr white may have stalked Monica Lewinsky. This may apparently explain his silence on the sexual misdemeanors of clinton and Monica but is obsessed by delusions of sexual behaviour halfway around the world.
