BCL has already declared that it will reopen ONLY ON THE CONDITION THAT IT IS INVITED BACK BY BOUGAINVILLEANS.

BCL knows that there is a far bigger prize than the Panguna Mine. The Rebels also know this., so does the fourth force.

If BCL was to resume, it would be on a smaller scale than pre 1990. Feasibility studies on value adding activities, such as refining on site have been completed by a Sydney firm. BCL is all ready and packed, but they are not as reckless as the first poster makes them out to be. In fact such irresponsible posting may scuttle the whole peace process and plunge PNG into further turmoil.
