p.s. If this is the "real" Paul, I am glad you are back. You need to do quite a big of cleanup on the Ed. Forum. That is the job of an editor you know. There is more trash(from the same people no doubt) than substance. Then lets get down to getting the Office of Higher Education on track and Divine Word off the "university" list. Then lets talk about retarded teachers, qualifications, and what is the responsibility of that (Your?) office re wholesale corruption at an institution of higher learning. There must be something that is required of your office. What the heck are the Ph.D's for otherwise? Bill
