Is this kid going to prep school next year? Wolf is stashing kids away at prep schools so they can go to Boston College or UMass. Gerry Cocoran is not going to go to Boston University. He'll end up at an A10 level school or higher.

Corcoran will go higher. Great stroke with good size. If Gaffney had so many offers and interest he would not be going to prep school! Very few kid's have a dream of playing for BU. Plus he's not better than Brower or McClaughlin-Williams who are both solid but not spectacular wings.

The point of prep school is to help exploit a kid's college experience. Therefore he very well could have had offers from and interest in all those schools. Maybe he felt as though a year to develop not only his strength but also his studying skills could be beneficial for maximizing his college experience, both as a student and a basketball player??

I caught a little of the BABC tournament yesterday and Corcoran didn't impress me. Of course, it was my first time seeing him play but he seems one-dimensional to me. Didn't show much athleticism or ability to put the ball to the floor. Mainly a spot-up shooter. Thought that Colin McIntosh was the most solid player on the BABC squad.

Gaffney played for the RI Hawks and was much more impressive. Real nice overall game and always in control.
