long ways off but here is the most likely rotation for binghamton. ridiculous even to consider this at this point but just for fun.
Starters
Lucas - Junior
Carter - Senior
Todd - Junior
Adediran - Junior
Billings - Junior
Bench
Hermenier - Sophomore
Casseus - Sophomore
Watson - Senior
Williams - Junior
Hailey - Freshmen
White - Junior
Karis - Non scholie Sophomore
2 more scholies left to give, probaly a freshmen big (hopefully a space-eater to complement billings) and a freshmen point. Maybe like last year we'll pick up a transfer. is olomo done?

Don't be surprised if Binghamton brings in two more JUCO's! They need to bring in a guy that can create offense. Lucas can't! He can't shoot a lick! but he is a good defender. Todd is a spot up shooter and Carter doesn't break anyone down off the dribble, he's just a solid all around player. I think Walker will bring in a guy that can create off the dribble. Don't be so quick to put Adediran in the starting line-up. He didn't start for his own JUCO team. I know Seward CC is good but not that good! It will be Billings team next year!

I'd guess Hermenier as starter at the 4 -- he'll be good once he gets the mental part of the game down and finishes more consistently, both things I think will come this year when he's (hopefully) healthy.
And if Lucas isn't supposed to be a scorer, then why bring him in? Why can't Watson start then? Seems to me Walker has something against Watson, perhaps a Michael Wright situation all over again? Brett hasn't gotten a chance - he deserves it. He's one of the hardest workers and really doesn't complain outwardly about the bad situation he's in. If I was him, I would have left.

Re: Watson -- Josh, 23:33:16 05/10/03 Sat
Watched Watson when he was at UCONN and followed his career since he transfered to Bing.
First year eligible at Bing, he played with a broken hand, and wasn't very effective.
This year he was in the shadow of Green and Baker, who were both a lot physically tougher than Brett. He had some chances, but didn't demonstrate either the shooting ability of passing ability to break down any defenses.
From what I saw of him at UCONN, he was (is) a great kid, and seems to be dealing with his present lack of playing time like a man. He'll probably get some more chances as a senior, and I certainly hope that he capitalizes on them.

Watson had one of the best assist-to-turnover ratio's in the league. I wouldn't have played Green or Baker less, but I sure hope Watson gets a chance this year. He's quick and a pretty good defender -- not physical like Baker, but still good. I'm just surprised they would sign a PG that's not a scorer. I figured they'd at least try to get a guy like Anthony. We'll see what develops.
