Subject: Tourney advice

Any chance that the good folks down at BU read this stuff? Do they care is whole 'nother question.

At any rate, let's start a punch list (seriously) and then someone can deliver it. Here goes:

1. Hose down WBA then spruce it up with some fresh paint.
2. Hang some sound baffles from ceiling.

3. Have the restrooms attended to during the entire tourney. Scrub them down each day.
4. Invest in a PA system
5. Print an informational pamphlet restaurants, fast food, sites in area etc.
6. Organize a group of vilunteers to man an information booth
7. Clearly mark parking venues.

Patch I agree with all your suggestions but "clearly marking the parking venues" would not help in your case as you are legendary on the AE travel circuit for parking right next to "NO PARKING" signs....then coming out after the game, finding a ticket on your windshield and proclaiming with a bewildered look on your face "when did they put that there??" Hoops you know, but when it comes to driving you should take the bus.

8. More detailed driving directions ( I missed Harvard St. and Cambridge St. in the dark, trying to get to I-90 westbound - but that's really the city's problem)

Some good advice and, as I previously posted, I think you should send all suggestions directly to the AE commissioner and to both BU Athletic Director Gary Strickler BU Executive Director of Athletics and Jack Parker.
