Subject: Clarification

I believe Tom Konchalski to be a good guy. But, that is not the isssue. The issue is he makes a great deal more money doing scouting than does Russ Blake and Mike Sullivan. Konchalski definitely enjoys promoting himself to parents as a means of obtaining a scholarship. Plus, keeping in mind he works for himself he doesn't have pay for a staff.
No doubt about it that what is holding Russ Blake back from obtaining a nationally renowned stature is Mike Sullivan, who does a limited amount of work at rivals and receives most of the pay and credit. Russ is more extensive in the coverage of New England Prep A while Konchalski covers the New York City Catholic League throughly. Russ, I believe is more known nationally and does a wonderful job with the juco coverage. I will agree it is great to see both guys at so many events year and year out. Hopefully, as talented as Russ is he will stay in scouting to develop more of a widespread acceptance of his talent evaluating abilities.

You did a character assasination of the guy.........took some heat for it from this board.........and then "clarify" your statement by calling him a "good guy"?? How weak is that Crusader?
