1. Vermont did a great job at Centennial Field. Real big crowd on Thursday night. I spoke to the UVM people and it looks like the conference wants to rotate the baseball tourney between Vermont and Maine. They are the only two schools with suitable on-campus facilities.
2. Congrats to NU. And what won it was that McPhee did not get thrown out of a single game and was not constantly screaming out his players. Maybe someone told him to grow up.
3. Also congrats to SBU. I met their coaches during another game and they are very classy. They should be the team to beat in the near future.
4. No congrats to Maine. I understand several of their players were in a bar fight on Friday night. Also, after they beat UVM, they really quit against SBU in a game SBU had zero momentum.

Despite a poor performance by the home team, it was nice to see what it was like to finally have the baseball tournament in the best baseball facility in the conference.

No congrats to Vermont either.....I heard some of your fans were very rude in Orono 2 weeks ago. Also, Centennial is NOT the best facility in the league, Mahaney Diamond is. I heard that Centennial Field conditions were horrible! Also, I think Vermont pretty much gave up before they even started the tourney.
