Now that Cieplicki has headed to Syracuse and their is no staff in Vermont, what is happening? Will they wait for the new AD or get somebody on board soon? Any news?

With the hiring of a new AD appearing to be imminent (could be as soon as this week), I'd say the real search process for a new coach will begin as soon as he's on board. However, I have to believe they're already entertaining applicants from anyone pursuing the job (if anyone). But yeah, while the new AD won't officially take over until July 1st, he'll likely spear-head the coching search ASAP.
