"Wait... you're saying people are coming back from the dead?" Gabe blinks in shock. Aside from the fact that he's probably going to have to save a world and still manage a way to get home, he's going to have to deal with dead people? I don't think so... When people are killed, Gabe believes they better stay that way, or he's in a whole lot of trouble (just ask the men at Rhoemer's base).
"That's a new one," Lian comments dryly, "but let's face it, Gabe, we don't have any other options. If we go along with this, there's an even better chance of getting home."
"And I don't feel like sitting around waiting for something to happen," Teresa adds, seemingly over her previous bout with depression. "So I say we go help out. Kick some ass. Help the dead guys do what they came back to do. And go home." She grins, back to her old self, and nudges Lian, whispering, "And get the jerk to propose to you."
Lian swats Teresa away, blushing furiously and hissing back, "You even joke about that where he could hear you and I'll put a 9mm slug in your ass."
"Fiesty." Teresa laughs. "Well, O-Commanding-Leader, what say ye?"
Gabe shrugs and spreads his hands in a gesture of defeat. "What the hell. Let's do it."
