Irvine writes down the orders aimed at him offhandedly, not even seeming to register the effort taken to flip open the cover of the pad of paper, lick the tip of his pen, and scribble the orders down on the white paper.

"What's got me working here? Many, many attractive women with sizeable sums of money." He laughs, then continues. "And the pay's good, too. What brings you to a place like this? Last I checked we didn't have any sorceresses working on the waitstaff." He pauses and glances around the table, not considering the poor taste of his joke.

"Will there be anything else?"
