With a loud blast of gunpowder, Seifer neatly decapitates a man who is aiming his gun at Teresa. Several more take aim at him, but his protect manages to deflect most of their bullets. He takes a few more grazing shots, but it isn't anything major.

Protect.

A glowing sphere forms around Teresa, and Seifer notices Vincent running for the roof door out of the corner of his eye. Deciding that running isn't the best course of action (there's still far more people to exterminate), the young man remains where he stands, slashing out with his gunblade and staining the cement of the roof with blood.

Now this is action.
