Olga, in fact I find it ok and fine. My own DD of 12 loves to take care of her younger siblings and cousins and of course gives them their baths, sometimes with a help of her cousin. On a week ago Saturday it was my DH's birthday and his brother and his cousin brought their families for a weekend at ours, as well as my sister with her kids. So we got all ELEVEN cousins together. It was fun. And VERY loud. And wild. But mostly fun. :)
When it was a time for the children's bath time, my older DD took the initiative and, first made all the 5 younger boys take their bath together and then the 4 girls.
So I think it all looked something like the shower days in your summer camp. )))
