Perhaps, it's so. My daughter after her 11-12 had no any problem with cleanliness, however, even our elder, 19-year-old Teddy tries to neglect it sometimes. My friends tell it's normal for boys and it's problem of parents' (usually, motherly) control. I don't think it's so good to check 19-year-old lad but I ought to do it. Boys nature, indeed.
