We were 4-5 girls, 15-20 boys (all group) and , usually, 2 counselors. Boys were under shower and then had to go (with sponge in hand) to older girls for bathing. For example, I had simple system for bathing - head, ears, neck, arms and thoroughly armpits, chest and abdomen, boy's little private parts and groin, back and thoroughly bottom ( usually, I washed bottom twice, especially, between buttocks) and legs, especially soles and heels. Then again shower, light slap on bottom and I call a next boy. It was approximately so always.
